Orders are dispatched within 3 – 4 business days. Estimated delivery times:

We ship via NZ Post / CourierPost and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Free standard NZ shipping on orders over $100 NZD. A rural delivery surcharge may apply at checkout.

International orders — All prices are in NZD. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Lost or damaged parcels — Contact us at hello@seafiordland.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date, and we'll sort it out.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order being shipped. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a return or exchange.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Proof of purchase required

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense

• Defective or incorrect items will be covered by SEA Fiordland

• No returns or exchanges on sale items

Please include a note with your order number, name, return address, and — if exchanging — the size/colour/style you'd like instead. Include a prepaid postage bag if you're exchanging.

Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.

By placing an order with SEA Fiordland, you agree to the following:

• All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST

• Full payment is required at checkout

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error or stock issue — you'll receive a full refund if this happens

• If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we'll contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or refund

• All website content (designs, images, logos) belongs to SEA Fiordland and may not be reproduced without permission

• Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 always apply — nothing here overrides those

• These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand
